General Assembly

Committee Information

Committee type: Single Delegation

General Assembly is by far one of the most important, most impactful committees in the United Nations. It is made up of many of the countries recognized by the UN, and gives each one equal power and weight, regardless of wealth, military status, or internal politics. Many different topics are discussed in the General Assembly, ranging from the development and implementation of international law to human rights and freedoms.

In QualiaMUN, the topics for discussion are two topics that are very prominent in the modern day:

Topic A: International Rules for Artificial Intelligence

Topic B: Building Sustainable and Affordable Cities

We hope these topics will be as interesting to you as they are to us, as these are extremely important topics that affect a lot of us right now.

Information about the Chair will be released shortly.
